UUUUUUG. I spent my high school/college years being repeatedly asked, "What do we need to do to get young people back in church????" As if I held the one true answer to their lack of tithes in my church-going hands. I keep suggesting we host events that "da yooths" would give a crap about, but it never actually happens. I think they just like to keep asking so they could FEEL like they cared; but if they actually did, they would have taken the advice they asked for.
